Mr Glowra – Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective.

  • You received the wrong product, variant, or quantity.

  • The product is expired or near-expiry on delivery.

  • The product remains unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The damage occurred after delivery.

  • The issue arises due to customer misuse.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Window

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement:

  3. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement:

  • A new product will be shipped after verification.

  • Replacement delivery time: 4–7 days, depending on location.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
