1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective.
You received the wrong product, variant, or quantity.
The product is expired or near-expiry on delivery.
The product remains unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns if:
The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
The damage occurred after delivery.
The issue arises due to customer misuse.
The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
3. Return Window
Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. How to Raise a Return Request

Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
6. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement:
A new product will be shipped after verification.
Replacement delivery time: 4–7 days, depending on location.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
