Position: Salesman (Field Sales – FMCG)

Location: Dehradun & nearby areas
Salary: ₹8,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive incentives on every sale; top performers earn more than the fixed pay
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (FMCG preferred)

Monthly Target

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets based on shop visits and order bookings

• Meet daily visit targets (minimum shops to be covered per day)

• Consistently expand shop coverage and add new retailers

• Higher targets = higher incentives

Responsibilities

• Visit general stores, kirana shops, supermarkets, and cleaning-product retailers

• Promote Mr Glowra products and explain product benefits

• Take orders, follow up, and build strong relationships

• Ensure proper product placement and branding in shops

• Submit daily work reports and market updates

• Collect payments if required and coordinate with the delivery team

• Track competitor activity and share market insights

Requirements

• Bike is compulsory

• Valid driving license

• Good communication & convincing ability

• Ready for daily market travel

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
